Me: I pre-ordered two books last month and both have now been added to a "pre-order now, get a coupon for $5 added to your account". I was wondering if, since I already pre-ordered both books if I could be credited the credit? Thanks.

I had the Brandon Sanderson pre-ordered so I cancelled it and ordered again.
I do it because I can pre-order now while I'm a paying member and then let my subscription lapse. I'll still get the books.
Another reason might be because you have credits stockpiled and they're going to expire (you should probably consider whether you need the subscription).
Otherwise it's in the same category as pre ordering digital video games. You do it because you are sure you want it and you want it on day 1 without having to think about it then.
Yeah ur eligible. The only people not eligible are free trial and the new 'light' membership that get Plus library but no credits.
