Personally, I would not buy any of the older models... A6400 is the "sweet spot".
also, the a6400 has the "flip forward" display... which is good for previewing your shot while streaming... the others do not...
The flip forward display on the a6400 is nice, but I use an external mic and had to get a hot shoe relocator (and eventually a cage) as the hot shoe is directly in front of the display. Which, again, adds to the cost and effort.
