I believe MSRP is $25 on these and a few other forums I'm apart of suggest enthusiasm at $15/each.

In terms of per card price, the theme decks are better ($13 for 60), and while $3 a pack (25% off) might sound good, only three are 8th gen, one is 7th gen (2017) and the final pack is from 2016.
It really comes down to how much you value the promo card and tin.
As cashcows says, the $4 for 2 packs at Gamestop is the better deal and shows how this really isn't that much of a deal at all.
Good price and the tin is just an extra bonus.
