anyone know how hard it is to replace can lights with these? The ceiling does have attic access.

Super easy. I did it and I have little to very little experience with this kind of thing.

Do these have the heavy duty springs so they will adhere to the ceiling better?

This is no doubt a hell of a deal. I want to install these in my soffit boards, and I heard to use a photo cell "dusk to dawn" sensor so they are not always on. Wire that in the series before the lights.

I found a Q/A that says these are UL rated, if anyone was wondering.

I have 6 inch can lights as well planning to replace it with similar one as this deal. I found quite a few videos on how to replace can with retrofit LED but not the type posted in the op. Is there a video which you can share on how to do it? Is this type listed in op better or the retrofit ones better for can replacements?

If you just want to replace your can lights, your electrical is already set up. Just a matter of twisting off the wire nuts attached to the old lights and twisting the wire nuts onto the new.

The reviews on these are absolutely representative of the same thing you would pay $17 for at Home Depot. Granted, you can select the light level for the ones at Home Depot.

Really went out of your way to avoid including the brand in this post eh OP?

Brand HYKOLITY
brand gets shilled nonstop on forums. gross how it is hidden/disguised.

Probably no UL/ETL certifications

Could anyone please help with the question, When replacing existing recessed lights (with can's) , do i need to get rid of the cans or can I remove them ? , no access to the other side ( these are between floors) how difficult would it be?

Why are most people that commented here replacing their existing recessed can lighting with these? Is there an advantage in doing so?
