Cudy PCIe AX3000 wifi adapter with antennas (M.2. based) $25.9

After seeing the reaction to the M.2. version alone that is included with this adapter for just a few bucks less (or more...), I figured I'd post this. I bought mine two weeks ago and it does come with a Intel AX200 M.2. card with two decent antennas. It also included both full and low profile brackets for the PCIe adapter card.

Note: In order for the bluetooth 5.0 to work, you have to plug it into a empty USB 2.0 header on your motherboard to provide power/data. This is actually the case for all m2 wifi adapters and most if not all PCIe wifi adapters.

As far as performance goes, works great on my Netgear AC1900 router, but I don't have a AX router to test the wifi 6 performance. As this is a AX200 m2 card, you can look at reviews for that...

All the accessory contains in the package:
- One WE3000 with standard profile
- Two 5 dBi High Gain Antennas
- One Low-Profile Bracket
- One Bluetooth Header Cable
- One Quick Installation Guide/Resource CD Drivers

B&H has similar version as this one except in intel box.Buying from a small brand doesn't make sense without enough incentives.

With an AC1900 router, it'll unfortunately be a downgrade compared to AC1750/AC1900 adapters as they can handle 1300mbps AC while the AX200 would be limited to 866Mhz AC. Would need an AC router capable of 160Mhz wide channels for the AX200 to maximize its potential.

With that said, I still bought an AX200 for a computer in which I don't need max speed as it's hard to beat the $18.xx price for the m.2 card alone. Probably won't upgrade from my AC1900 router until WiFi6e comes out and gets cheaper.

Same, I'm waiting for wifi 6e for the extra 6ghz band.

It is funny, but i was just looking at this specific one yesterday. Bought the intel m2 version thinking that my mobo can take it, but it is a bit dated (Z97). This is about $5 cheaper than other brand so if you need it now sure why not. I heard there are a lot of fake intel wifi card so take the fact that it has the intel card with a grain of salt. On pricing prime day is just around the corner, so this might drop in price or a more reputable brand may be on sale for similar price.

I bought one a few months ago from AMZN and my Windows 10 PC can't detect the wifi card.

I bought the one with the heatsink and the heatsink is not touching the AX200 card. I added a thermal pad to help with heat dissipation but the included plastic clips/screws don't allow for any adjustment, making it seem like the heastink is pressing too hard into the AX200. Additionally, there's only two of those clips as opposed to 4, which would be preferable for an even contact surface. It probably won't make much difference but something to keep in mind.

Interesting. I did notice the non contact but I figured most of the heat would be generated from the gpu which is right above it and maybe the heatsink would be absorbing the heat more from the gpu than the wifi card. Am I wrong to assume this?
