There are many other wine offers for amex as well. Normally i go to costco to buy wine as their prices are usually pretty low

Nice. The previous offer that just ended yesterday was $20 off $100 but this one is still good at 20% off with a higher spend requirement.

Not knocking Total Wine since they're just a regular booze store, but I've tried a few of the mail order wines and had pretty mediocre luck. I'm not a huge wine drinker, but, honestly, their $20 stuff doesn't seem much better than what I can pick up at Costco for less than half the price. Their $10-$15 bottles were mostly worse than Frontera which I usually get on sale for $4.

Frontera on sale for $4??? Where? it's always nearly $9 in NJ.
