As long as you go to the dentist for polishing your teeth, and not any other tooth-related problems, this should do the polishing and cleaning, if the claims are true. I doubt though...most of the dental products have historically shown false claims. 😒

so the way i read it, it sounds like it is used to keep your teeth white after a professional cleaning. Does it still work when you havent been to the dentist recently?

Yeah, stuff like that actually does work. I tired it but found it was a bit uneven as I don't have perfectly straight teeth. I ended up getting it done by my dentist, way too expensive, but don't regret my choice
