Just got this deal when it was $20, and these are some great little lights! Great for lighting up objects on the fly when you don't want to set up your strobes or flash guns. You won't regret these for $23

I got them when they were 20$. The lights are not bad, but the stands are TRASH. They are cheap plastic, and basically a selfie stick with a cheap plastic tripod to sit it all on. With all of that said, if you throw the "tripods" in the trash and keep the lights, they are still worth the 23$ IM

Running at 100% does the light get too hot to touch? Also, states 1000LM but would you say it's less or accurate?

The case is plastic which is a good thermal insulator. I didn't notice a lot of heat at full power. They're also LED which is pretty efficient.

I don't know how accurate the rating is, but at full power, it's brighter than I'd be comfortable with shining in my face.

I bought these a week ago. They did not come with power bricks. Used some Wyze cam ones, the plugs got WAY too hot. Better with iphone bricks

I left them on just to take photos for about 6 mins. One I had at full power, and the other at half. Neither got irregularly hot. Trust, they're handy cheap lights. Like someone said, the tripod is trash, but I wouldn't chuck them in the trash. I've learned with photography that you have to improvise a lot, so having random accessories comes in handy.

Hm, not really sure on this. I have a 1200LM flashlight, and obviously it doesn't have that throw, but it feel just as bright. Also, I was using the diffuser screen it comes with. I'm impressed with them. Given the price, I didn't expect effective lights. I'd guess if it's not 1000LM, it's not too far off.

I repurposed the selfie stick stand as a rhode wireless go mic poles.

I guess these are the lights that cheap YouTubers use to vlog each day while sitting at their desks

Have one mounted on the back of my monitor as backlighting. Used a "3m" double sided tape circle on the bottom of the ball head. The selfie stick it comes with looks to be GoPro style so that would be a good mounting option if you have accessory mounts hanging around. It runs off my Alienware 27" ips USB port no issues but I will be running them to a dedicated 2.4a plug when I have time (or feel like it). These have gels and a diffuser panel. I'm using them without the diffuser, just the gel. If you don't like the color you can get a large pack of 12x12 gels for about $12 that will last a long time. If any of that doesn't make sense it's because I'm still sleeping...
