UPDATE #3: I spoke to a supervisor, and she said this announcement was posted prematurely. It was meant to be posted 10/16, to coincide with the availability of new iPhones. I can no longer find it on the site, but I have posted a screen shot of the T-Mobile home page with this promo from earlier this afternoon.

UPDATE #2: The deal was on this page [t-mobile.com] if you scroll down - but they pulled it a few minutes ago. It was also on the mobile site. I assume it was posted prematurely or in error.
