MyFitnessPal has a promotion of FREE 3 Months of Premium, which usually costs $9.99/month. A credit card is required; you can turn off Auto-Renewal. The usual trial is only for 1 month.

I'm glad I could help! I also signed up for the Premium subscription over a month before posting here - I wanted to make sure before sharing - and it's still working, so you shouldn't have any fears of it having an issue.

Subscribing within the Android app is also $79.99/year. I assume it's because the company has to pay fees to Apple and Google.
