I bought the 2019 model of this TV last year for $100. I use it in front of the treadmill, so I'm about 4 feet from it, and the screen quality is just fine. For this size of a TV, a higher quality screen really wouldn't add much.

However, I have had issues with the TV. The headphone jack failed so I had to buy an adapter to convert the optical audio out to a headphone jack. It does have bluetooth output, but there was a detectable delay that caused speaking scenes to be out of sync which drove me nuts. The TV would also randomly glitch-out and freeze, requiring a restart.

At this price point it's tough to complain too much, but just know that you're not getting top of the line quality here.

I have this TV and the 2018 Toshiba 50" Fire TV. The 50" is 4k and fantastic. So, the 2020 32" for the bedroom at $120 should be a steal too, right?! Well, it's not. It's possibly the worst HD TV that I've owned. Dark scenes are WAY too dark and there's nothing you can do to help it. Trust me, I spent half an hour tweaking and tweaking every possible setting. Guys in tuxedos are just heads sticking out of a total black shadow. It's so bad that I'm going to return the one I've installed and the one still sitting in its box.
