The GC purchase has to be made on Prime Day, 10/13 or 10/14, in order to get $10 promotional credit that will expire on 11/29, correct?

For me, the Whole Foods credit is under the Whole Foods link, and I have the Small Business credit under this link so I suppose they are just separated but both in your account.
