i did $40 and added to the cart.
on checkout it says i qualified for the $10 promo. i took screenshot and placed the order.
All of above done via chrome browser on windows laptop and worked flawlessly. didn't work on samsung browser and on amazon app (android phone).
No reason for it not to work its a new promotion
