Last straw was an hr call I had with a CSR over the summer to get them to apply a 10% off coupon for a product clearly not in their list of restrictions. They admitted it's a mess and gave me a credit once I placed the order. I saved $15, but it was not worth the time and aggravation, it was more out of spite to get the 10% off by then.
