As per CCC this is the typical price. It does go higher and also lower (highest $18.62, lowest $6.33), but one look at the graph and you'll see this is about the most common price. Not sure at all why this is a deal.

That being said, the reviews are good and I'm buying this for my daughter. Just that it's not really a deal.

Sons 3rd bday is coming up and he's big into puzzles like this where he can match a shape to a shape. $11 is a fair price for a wooden puzzle and if he can get a head start on learning states this seems like a win. Thanks op.

40 pieces? Great reviews but that's not ideal.

I was googling about it and found that is available from Michaels for $5.99 after coupon with free in store pickup if you have a Michaels near you. Otherwise they offer free shipping on purchases of $60 and up.

Here is the link:
https://www.michaels.com/the-lear...67125.html
It shows $7.49 and there is a coupon on the page for 20% off: 20MADEBYYOU

Got this in the ten dollar range for my kid when he was 2. We did it once and he began putting it together himself. Mom came in and was like, what are you doing, and he says "North Dakota" and drops it in place.
We had to take it away from him. We weren't sure if it was a real state or not.

Honestly, it's a good puzzle for age 3+.

I would venture to guess that some of the smaller states in the Northeast would be choking hazards if they were individual pieces. It is rated for ages 3+ after all.

So that today's 3 year olds know where to go to protest in 15 years when our socioeconomic issues remain unresolved.

I am seeing few comments about Burlington and Michaels, yes I saw this at Macy's Backstage for less than this price. Around $7 range.
