Great little drone, have gotten some real banger photos and video from this little guy.

Of course IG destroys the quality, but they were pretty decent resolution/sharpness. I will say I sold my P4P and got a Mavic Air 2 and finding the Mini is collecting a bit more dust now. No raw photos is a bit of a bummer, and the lack of video controls and some over sharpening all detract a little bit for me. Amazing drone for the price though!

I decided to pull the trigger. Discover is offering 5% cash back @ Amazon right now. I also got a $10 credit for buying a cat toy from a local seller on amazon yesterday. Total after tax was $421. Probably returning the cat toy cause my cats don't use it. So I will basically be paying $399 - the 5% back brings it down to about $380. I haven't factored in the trouble I'll probably get in flying it.

I love the form factor of this one. I only wish it had exposure bracketing and auto panorama. I have used those features extensively while I had my spark.

I had a Spark. While it was definitely a cool little drone, it would get battered around in the wind. I actually lost my first one at around 200 feet. It lost contact with the remote and never returned home. I was able to get the video of the last few seconds and it seemed to tilt hard due to wind, then go way off course and the video ended. Looked around for it for a few hours and never found it. Got a replacement via the DJI care or whatever warranty and sold it.

These little drones are great but beware of high winds, which I guess goes for any drone, but these little ones are much more prone to failure in any sort of wind.
