Alternatively, you'll have to go through a 3rd party unlocking site for about $30.
1. Does the device power on and off?
2. Is Find My Iphone turned off?
3. Is the screen functioning correctly and intact, free of any chips, bruises, dead pixels or burn-in?
4. Is the device free of breaks or cracks in the housing?
5. Must have a clean IMEI (they will input it at the store)
