That seems high for a T-Mobile One plan. I have 4 lines - 2 paid, 2 free - on T-Mobile One for $100. I took advantage of free line promotions when they were available. But at that price you you are better switching to Magenta (or Magenta Plus if you want/need the extra perks). Even the Plus plan for 4 lines is $170. That does include a free line promotion. Other more seasoned TMO experts can weigh in but I would chat with TMO and see about switching to a lower priced plan with more perks.

I'm chatting with a rep again and they said the rebate can be combined with trade in if you are adding a new line which is not something I'm interested in doing. It's also worth mentioning that I have SWAC so maybe that's why. I'm not sure because they're just giving me the runaround. Very frustration.
