I got email for this overall offer, against my specific ph number (Sprint SWAC). I've had since the early days of SERO so well over 5yrs. Also the $200 is stated in the email. I went through the motions to upgrade short of actually checking out, but never at any point did $200 loyalty come up. I don't want to chance $200 and is pretty much make or break if I upgrade on this offer or not.
Yes, the loyalty deal is supposed to show up when checking out. According to reps, it's for select accounts. You're gonna have to fight them on it if you really want it.

What's the better move: Trade in the XS Max for $500 or trade in the 6 for $215? I get $200 loyalty credits added to either one.
I figure I can trade in the 6 for $215 and then sell the XS Max else where and get at least $500 for it? I don't think I'm getting close to $215 for an iPhone 6 anymore elsewhere.
