I got it for $69.99 last week by screenshot-ing sale price and asking customer support to price match previous sale price.
I am fine with it but 2 reviews are really bad for it on Office Depot, dunno why.
I don't use monitor a lot, only was using my 13.3 inch, TN Panel, must be less than 1080p Chromebook screen so for me it is huge upgrade for me but then again I am not experienced with computer monitors. Is there something I can test or answer any questions for you? There is 1 HDMI port, 1 VGA Port and 1 3.5 mm audio out port. There are speakers built in but I don't like them so much. Bezels are so little/thin. I don't have stuff to test out the monitor performance, I dunno how I can help but text is clear, picture quality seems fine. I played little bit of Xbox One S and PS4 on it and I had to change the video color mode to Game for more vibrant colors other than it is plays fine on the standard color mode too.
My only complaint is the menu is not intuitive/(beginner friendly?), it is sort of confusing for me, like 5 buttons, 1 - number 1, 2- Up button, 3-Down button, 4 - number 2, 5 - power button. So it was sort of hard figuring out at first how to change display settings (Granted I didn't read the manual so take that with grain of salt)

Thank you for the detailed review. Could you please share the sale screenshot which you used. I would like to try my luck. Thanks !
The person I was talking to via Live Chat, he gave me his Office Depot email, it has his name in it, so something like [email protected]. Try asking with Live Chat and see if they can price match it for you.

Thanks a lot. Will try tomorrow. Appreciate your help !
I got one and like other reviewers felt that there is some weird tint on these displays. I use an Acer 24 inch FHD that is 4 years old and it has better color and contrast than this monitor. I paid $80 for my Acer so price is similar. Will try it for a week and return if my eyes starts to hurt.
Dell (23.8) D2421H is on Dell's Black Friday sale at $69.99. I am attaching photos of it, maybe you will be able to grab it from Dell. It starts on 11/16 at 11 AM ET
