But reviews say not compatible for fast charging. Thought it would be nice in the car, but usually need something that charges quick.

If you have a slim case or no case on your phone, this looks like it would bulge out the front and back of your phone and give you a see-saw effect on a flat surface.

As a parent of a kid that has ruined devices because they don't understand microusb direction half the time, these are a life saver.

I bought mine from wish and have 3 cables in the house, 1 in the car and 1 at work. 2 phones, 3 tablets and 2 bluetooth headphones. All devices have their matching connectors in all the time and it helps with having microusb and apple in the house so they all share the cords.

Only downfall is not all the apple connectors I have work.

I've read about these magnetic cables and I've seen a lot of reviews claiming that having the plug inserted into your phone actively drains the battery. People saying they get half the battery life with the plug installed and when it's removed they get normal battery life. Would be nice to have if not for that.

beware, such cables are typically power only, not data capable.

i personally use wsken magnetic cables that do data also,
and no, their magnets butts don't exacerbate battery drain.
