Is Xfinity right for everyone, no. Is it right for savers who don't use a phone constantly for streaming, for video, for online gaming, for regular Google mapping; yes it is.
My monthly bill is between $16 and $28, just depends on data usage. Locations I had a problem with Verizon service are the same locations I have problems with Xfinity, but those are very, very few.
My Verizon bill, no matter what was around 60 per line. Don't need to pay all that money to pad someone else's pockets.
Look at your monthly data avg., to see what makes cents and dollars.

Curious to know if anyone from vzw switched to here, and their thoughts.
my wife experience is a little different when she worked downtown (middle of city) every time she called people at lunch and when she got off work, she said it would take 2-3 tried consistently (at least twice a week). but it would work
but in our old setup we paid over $230 a month for 4 phones to verizon
with xfinity mobile we pay under $50 a month for 3gb shared (costs 45 per line for unlimited) with 4 lines. (we all use low data and use data mostly when we are on wifi since covid...)
so for $150 savings per month i can deal with a few retries... however since working from home in march i don't think i have encountered those anymore.
before covid our bill was ~81 a month on xfinity mobile with my wife on unlimited data and the rest of us sharing 2-3 gb (at $12 each)
my advice is you can accept slightly less priority in busy times, it's worth every penny saved, i am very happy with the service.
it does look like accounts opened after may of 2020 do have a $15 charge per line which changes things a little.

Regarding the third point you made about the location and signal loss, if I have good phone signal coverage in my area with Verizon, would that be good coverage with xfinity too?
I'm wondering if I take advantage of this offer if they will move me from $12 to $15.
Would love to get the abililty to use Xfinity while in the EU.
One great thing is you can also use the service over wifi, which means that when traveling internationally and if you have wifi internet, you can make and receive calls without any charge
