As was mentioned by me and a few others, that DONGKNOWS review is poorly done. It is not an apples to apples comparison, he used a router with a brand new firmware comparing to an identical router with firmware over 6 months old which had major problems just like any other router around that time. It takes time to work out the bugs and TP-Link, Netgear, Asus to name a few all put out routers with bugged performance with their first set of Wifi 6 routers. So yeah..... Important to make apples to apples instead of reading something without understanding the testing. If he did it the correct way he would have had both side by side on the same firmware. The routers are identical outside USB 3.0 port and Homecare included on one, so you will get identical performance results with the same firmware.

Also, the constant "advertising" by changing the title with view counts, amazon price comparison and "#1 Recommended router by World Heritage Center" is getting a bit on the nose. Trying to sell *Anything* too hard is never good news cause it just makes people inherently cautious, just present the relevant facts instead of sensationalizing it.
I am also curious about it. but if you can buy 2 for your purpose, isn't google wifi is a better solution? I try to buy one and use it as a repeater for the old router.
I thought the repeater had to match the router. Is that not the case?
I have a spectrum 400 mps network in 2500 sqft house. My main concerns are the range and stability, because everyone in the house is rely on the internet for remote work and school.
my current router is a Belkin ac1900. I guess I definitely need to upgrade it right?
Thanks!

To ascertain if you need to upgrade:
a) What is the speed when your router is connected to a PC a) with a cable and b) over wifi. You can check the speed in 15 seconds by going to fast.com on your web browser.
g) Check the speed over wifi by going to fast.com (either on your laptop or phone) at different points of your house.
Report back with the results. Thanks.
