I live 30 minutes away from my microcenter, don't want to go there because its always packed and covid. I called bestbuy to price match. They did it, shipped to my house 3 days. I don't mind the wait. Upgrading from a i5 8600k.
Yes it will work fine. But you need to finda 3000 series first lol
I myself nabbed the boyfriend's Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro (non-wifi) when he went mITX+AMD and currently have a 9600K in it.
This great board, and it's beefier siblings up the Aorus family line, all can feed the 9900K/KS with reasonable VRM temps, they have an easy-to-flash bios from Gigabyte, and moderately difficult (for the inexperienced) but worth it to flash modded bioses from around the 'net.
Check the most recent 30 or so pages from the Z390 Aorus Owner's thread via google for more information and ideas on what stock bioses from Gigabyte to use, and/or topics to research before you go down the custom-bios path.
