Mine was bought Sept 18, expected delivery of October 5. Shipped and was given a weird tracking number (untraceable) on October 7. Still no idea where it is. 🤷🤦

I would not order this chair from Lenovo right now. Their support system is a giant mess. It is almost impossible to get in contact with their support team. I sat in a chat queue of 108 for 6 hours. Just to get a response indicating they would update me within 48 hours. Surprise I never received an update.

My chair was ordered on 9/21/2020. I've contacted support 3 times and they are unable to tell me anything about the order. The last time I contacted support I asked to "cancel" the order. They said I would get a cancelation confirmation email within 24 hours, I have yet to receive the cancelation email.

I also emailed their support team, instead of using chat. Never even received a response using that method.

Here is the email information I found while attempting to cancel.

You can also get to their chat team by attempting to cancel the order. Click on Cancel Order on your order receipt. It will take you to a screen where you can enter the reason you want to cancel (I'll save you the trouble that form does not work). Just click the button on the top right to try to talk to someone. It will be a long queue and the support will agree with everything you say and in the end nothing will happen. Good Luck.

They track a bunch of overseas shippers and might give you some more info.

I ordered a stylus from lenovo and they shipped it out from Hong Kong. Took a while but it got to me. Wouldn't be surprised if they did the same with the chairs.

Another horror story here. Their cancellation system also sucks, so I wouldn't buy from them. I had this chair for three weeks on backorder and I called two days ago, and they said they had no idea when it'll be back in stock.

Ordered on 9/26. No updates on Shipping yet. Website says instock and ready to ship and when I contact customer service, they say it's backordered.

I would stay away from ordering as it will be 2021 when they might ship for the new orders.

I also purchased Sept 18,delivery date Oct 5. Haven't gotten any shipping info and my pending charge on cc is gone. Spoke with customer service multiple times and they said they would get me more detailed info within 24 hours and that was 2 weeks ago

I purchased Oct 6. I got an email a few days ago saying the chair would be delayed. I've also tried to cancel through the online portal and have not received any confirmation. If you do purchase, don't forget various CB websites.

I bought this chair last time around from Lenovo the customer service was definitely crap, they gave me a weird tracking number and after on hold for a few hours they said I'll get a ups tracking number in 48 hrs it was a lie. But in 48 hours an Office Depot track showed up with the delivery.

Couple of things everyone getting on this deal should know:
1. This is a high-quality chair for a great price.
2. Order only if you are ok with the fact that the chair might be delivered any time between 2 days and 90 days from the order date without any advance notice.
3. Lenovo customer service and shipping tracking system are completely useless. Do yourself a favour and do not deal with any of these Smilie

That said, after receiving my first chair about 60 days after the order date, I ordered the 2nd one about 1 month ago and I am patiently waiting sitting on my crappy $50 chair while my wife is enjoying the 1st Workpro chair we bought.
