Update: I have a Roku Streaming Stick+ and I'm in the NYC metro area... not sure if this is targeted by device or region or something else.
Searched the forums but I didn't find anything posted for the current iteration of this deal (this has been offered before at various times).
I got a $4.99 FandangoNow credit from a Geico ad on my Roku.
Steps:
1. Click Geico ad on Roku home screen (or Play/Pause when the ad appears on the Roku screensaver). Says something like "Enjoy $4.99 towards your next spooky movie night)
2. Click "Email offer" button
3. After a few minutes, receive a code in your email for $4.99 off at FandangoNow

Gotcha, I didn't scroll through all the comments, only went based on the first post which had an expiration date listed as 10/13. Maybe jasefanz could update the OP?
