Macys[macys.com] has 42-Piece Tabletops Unlimited Inspiration By Denmark Whiteware Dinnerware Set (Service for 6) on sale for $37.99. Shipping is free.
Hate to be the Debbie downer, it I've tried just about every Macy's dining set and returned them for chipped during shipping or from normal wear and tear (dishwasher use). The price is so cheap because the product is cheap.
Ordered the square set 3 weeks for $2 more and loving it so far. Plates are pretty heavy but they feel like good quality. Plus all the extra little bowls come in handy for snacking or sauces. Highly recommend

More than double the number of pieces compared to the competitive IKEA dinnerware sets. I like those smaller bowls, appropriate for Korean dinner nights with sides. Very tempting...

How is the quality, any good? Is this actually a good deal, or are the prices inflated to make it seem like one?

Also got the square set a month ago and we're really happy with it for the price. They're not perfect, but really decent quality. Heavy (which I prefer) and do get hot in the microwave, but the various bowl sizes are really great for sides, snacks, or sauces.
Got these last time. Had a tiny chip in one of the sauce cups, otherwise all on good shape. The variety of bowls is *awesome* and it's great to find a set without mugs. The large bowls are a tad awkward in my dishwasher, but it's no big deal. They're moderately heavy and quality is nice. For the price, you're not going to do much better!
I'd also recently bought an 8 piece set from JCPenney that's nearly identical and came with large "salad bowls." Between the two sets I'm pretty well stocked.

I can't comment on the price, we got it a year ago as a wedding gift, so I don't know how much they paid. but I can tell you that I love it. I think the quality is great, We have used it every day since October 2019, to this day none of the pieces have chipped or broken. I would buy another one in a heartbeat, but don't need it. Love all the small bowls. I cook 6 days a week and bake about 3 times a week, so they definitely come in handy.
Got two sets of these last year (different name but same picture). No broken pieces. We have gotten many compliments on them. They are durable as well. Dropped a large plate from 5 ft last week and didn't shatter. Buying another for spares or if we have big parties.

I learned a long time ago that if the product has "created for macy's" in the description, it is garbage quality compared to the original (name brand). There is a reason why it is so cheap
Pure white is nice... tho for dinnerware some little patterns can make it a lot more different. As for the quality I don't have high hopes cuz they are obviously economical choices.

1.5 years later and mine are just fine. I'm ordering another matching set just so I have more.
