He didn't know how to view it in app since it is more of a coupon. Anyone know how to view in app/website?
So to get $45 free, you have to spend $90.
In other words, it is 50% off $90.
You pay $45.....They give you $45.
You just have to spend it in the store. I'm sure you can find 45 dollars worth of things you would buy anyway.....trash bags...paper towels....toilet paper...etc.
I know my wife is annoyed I create a new account every year. last year she didnt even bother getting her picture/card made, just logged my card into her phone/app and used that.
Of course, after buying membership you are going to spend $45 on groceries, but there're additional steps to go thru. And quite a few people reported trouble with getting those $45 deducted. Local store would say it's an online deal, and online would say to deal with local store.
I'm sure majority will be just fine, but good luck to those having trouble with this.

1. Why not when you can get a Sam's membership almost free with this deal. Even if you don't want to go into the club you still can use up your $45 at Gas pump outside.
2. Free curbside pickup almost beats the Costco's carnival like crowd inside Costco and don't have to waste your time waiting at the long checkouts lines inside Costco especially during this Covid times.
3. To those who likes going into the club, "Scan and Go" App checkout is best and totally worth it and no need to stand in at checkouts lines at Sam's.
4. I have been using both Costco and Sam's for years for over 10 years and I have noticed that overall prices are way cheaper with Sam's compared to Costco and I always end up with spending less on Sams's visits.
