Always the people that need to justify their money spent in these listings.

I own a 65in LG OLED, and a 55in Samsung Q80R.... Both last year's top TVs for price and performance... And I still use the Hisense 65in I got last year for $240 and I have no issue with the 50in ONN I bought for $100 as well.

Budget 4K are pretty damn good from Septre, ONN and the like... People praise TCL and forget people talked trash about them as well... Same thing for Vizio.

Even more interesting is a lot of budget sets use 2nd tier Samsung VA panels that actually look better than the entry level LGs with poor contrast.

man... $228 for a full array led 4k 65" TV shipped free. Imagine seeing these deals 10 years ago, you'd hardly believe it.

Seriously, where do you guys pull this stuff? You will pay $1300 for a Chinese made iPhone, but can't take a $250 TV? most silicon is made in China, so everything you buy goes through China. What's your hatred for the Chinese people? Let's hear.. really.. let's hear. Are you going to say that any silicon chips are produced in the USA? I don't get people on here, thinking that American products are some sort of super standard, when in reality most Americans are spoiled little brats that think they should get $20 working at Mcdonalds. Everything you buy is Chinese made, from your car to your bed.. something in there is made or has gone through China. Blame American companies wanting to make a profit, not people buying the products.
Since I was rebuking the guy who had a problem with China, I'm not sure why you quoted me. In any event, since you somehow think there's blame to be had for products making a mere stop in China, remind yourself that it is American companies who pocket most of the profit in this process. Even more perversely, what little China actually makes is put back into American bonds. So stop looking to China as if it has any of your money. China did not "steal" any jobs. Nor did robots "steal" any jobs. Of course, maybe you are both nostalgic and hungry for such jobs as a Switchboard Operator, in which case, well, I hope natural selection takes its course.

If the set is made by Element who were taking over by Funia. Onn lower budget. TCL, Toshiba, JVC all made by the same company I see Walmart sell these sets at a premium Vs Spectre ones. No Smart TV features no spying. Element is spar I had two of them from BF deals they don't last so long and you might get 8 years or you might get less. Why would you not buy 4K when OTA is going to 4K now started in selective markets already with 4K OTA 7.1 DTHD SS. No more 1080i OTA 5.1 DDS. 4K looks better than 1080p.

I'm just telling you the differences and what they stripped out to meet this price point. If all you care about is that it's 65 inches, then it won't matter.

Personally, I would gladly pay the extra $22 for those features but if you don't care about them then the Onn is a fine basic 4K TV.
I totally agree with you on that, but given my parents who wouldn't see the price difference to be worth it for something they wouldn't care about. Doesn't mean much to them. IF I had the money, I'd go get me a nice OLED set for my room obviously lol.

Onn is a Walmart brand, after a few weeks you should have gotten corporate Walmart involved and they would have replaced the whole monitor Im sure. Its not reasonable to make a customer wait months without a functioning product.
Final update, You were partially right my skepticism was $25 short. Walmart has given me a $25 account credit as compensation for having to wait a year before I can use the extended warranty to fix the stand that was not included in the original box...

If nothing else it was worth the couple minutes of emailing to get ~20% of the value of the TV back. Though it does not change my opinion I would never buy an ONN electronic item as there is no way in hell it is worth the effort when it fails and from the reviews it will definitely fail at some point unless you get a remarkably good one in which case you're hoping all the parts are included 😂

Which is the better quality, this or the Target TCL for the same price. For some reason no professional review sites review either 😉

Here's the review for the Android TV version if anyone is curious. You can tell it's the same TV because the stand and the back of the TV is the same. https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/hisense/h6570g

Hmm. Great deal. Clicked through to the "deal" shortly after I received the Slick Deals e-mail. It stated they were re stocking and it would be up at 8PM. At 8PM it switched to will be restocked at 8:30 PM. At 8:35 it still said come back at 8:30. I kept refreshing the page and still no purchase button but now it had a button saying out of stock, we will notify you when it is back in stock. Filled that out too. It never appeared for sale and I'm pretty sure that when it is in stock that price will no longer be available. How can they advertise this and never provide it at the advertised price. Very Deceptive. Not a new practice for Walmart.

Unless these are left over 2019 rebranded Hisense's, they're likely the same Hisense 2020 ROKU models. Walmart doesn't need to spend money hyping a $228 TV to sell them nor does it make sense to rebrand nor design a totally different TV to sell to Walmart. What you sight costs more to do than just selling a Hisense with an ONN name on it straight from the factory.

Any one who have pickedup up the tv could confirm if this one supports any of these things? hdr 10 , dolby vision and dolby sound. As someone mentioned eariler i would also pay more if those features are present.

There is extreme lack of info on the walmart webpage.

Why do new TVs have less HDMI connectors than my 5 year old cheap-o? I need 4 at minimum. This one has three. And yes it matters to me even at a low price.

Broken link.

Quote from CyanLlama738 :
On the original $228 ONN page it did say the panel was full array opposed to DLED(Direct Lite). That seem to be the difference between Dolby vision and not. All the rest is consistent with the 2020 Hisense ROKU model.... https://www.hisense-usa.com/telev...h-hdr-2020
And another. What's with the broken links? Seems like Hisense doesn't want anyone to read a review.
