Always the people that need to justify their money spent in these listings.

I own a 65in LG OLED, and a 55in Samsung Q80R.... Both last year's top TVs for price and performance... And I still use the Hisense 65in I got last year for $240 and I have no issue with the 50in ONN I bought for $100 as well.

Budget 4K are pretty damn good from Septre, ONN and the like... People praise TCL and forget people talked trash about them as well... Same thing for Vizio.

Even more interesting is a lot of budget sets use 2nd tier Samsung VA panels that actually look better than the entry level LGs with poor contrast.

man... $228 for a full array led 4k 65" TV shipped free. Imagine seeing these deals 10 years ago, you'd hardly believe it.

In the same boat here in Kissimmee, FL.
I went yesterday just for the heck of it to see if I could pick mine up without pick-up ready email, just printed the order out and took it with me. Got 2 of the 65" TVs from 2 different stores no problem.

Anyone else still not have an email saying to come pick it up? My email said it would be ready for pickup by the 10th but order still shows as processing. That still leaves until tomorrow but wanted to see if anyone else is having the same experience. Or if maybe I should contact Walmart.

Yeah i went to Walmart tonight and spoke with an Asst. Mgr. and he actually tried to help but ultimately couldn't do anything. He called somewhere in Walmart corporate or whatever and they gave him the same schpeel i got when i called this afternoon after my broken tv arrived. They said he can only swap the same model for the same model, he cannot offer me anything else in store, and if nothing is in stock of the same model he can only refund me.

He said to call back to the phone support and ask to actually speak to the manager that time, instead of letting the rep just go ask the manager.

This whole ordeal has sucked. I know this is first world problem crap but cmon, I work 2 jobs, I set a calendar event and a timer to buy this, I bought it at 7:01PM fair and square, and now because it was manhandled in transit I'm the one that gets the shaft. My 5 year old was dancing with joy as we unboxed it and then boom the rug is pulled out from us.

Lesson learned here. Don't buy Walmart, don't buy a Black Friday special unless you're ok with the risk of my experience today. If i can't get Walmart to make this right or find another deal that ends in an intact shipment i guess ill just save my money and buy a tv any other time.
Got put in timeout quoting a slick deals link in a slick deals thread trying to help a slick dealer... No worries, if I find another deal Ill DM you. Hope you had some luck regardless!

Finally got my Onn completely setup. Just wanted to give a full review, including comments on it vs the Target TCL TV (which is surprisingly still in stock at a few store near me.)

I fully realize I may have finally hit the panel lottery with this Onn, but I'm impressed.
Uniformity - one of the best since my 42" plasma. So much better than my LED Sony Bravia, which has terrible DSE.
Colors - do NOT run this thing at 100% brightness. After about an hour, I found a very nice blend of highlights and fairly rich black levels.
Light bleed - extremely minimal on mine.
Image quality - Shockingly good.
Speakers - wouldn't know. Always use a sound system.
Appearance - the bezel-less look is pretty nice. I'm surprised how much I just like the look of this TV.

How does it compare with the Target TCL?
Appearance: The bezel-less Onn design looks much nicer from the start. The TCL looks like any other cheap TV I've bought on BF.
Uniformity: Onn wins by a huge margin. Could've been a bad TCL panel, but small grey spots lead to a rough DSE effect.
Colors: TCL is fairly dull in comparison for whatever reason.
Interface: I prefer android, but the TCL was a bit laggier. So Onn wins for speed of the Roku interface.
Light bleed: Fairly similar.

Final conclusion? Assuming you get a good panel, the winner is 100% the Onn.

Also, note on transport - Yes, you can transport an LED TV flat, just be careful with cushion underneath, and try to avoid a bumpy drive. These aren't plasmas. Remember, you're told to lay these flat in the instruction manual when attaching the legs; just not for an extended period of time. It's perfectly safe to do so if they're well-cushioned and it's a brief trip.

Just saw your pictures. I just spent about an hour on tuning this panel, and I'm getting pretty impressive black levels, substantially closer to your plasma (closer being a keyword, obviously still not a direct comparison, but night and day difference from the Onn in your pictures.) I would definitely play around with the backlight + brightness + bright level settings and then fine tune the rest from there. I was able to get good highlights with blacks on par with my Sony Bravia.
Can you share your settings? At least it'll be a good starting point for tweaking.

You, plasma guys, have always been hilarious. About the only TV that has better black levels than the plasma in your cold dead arms is LG OLED models. A reminder this a BF 65' onn special that cost 228 plus tax. Comparing it to your 1k+ 50' plasma is odd semantics. Especially when either TV hasn't been tuned correctly. I found out long ago, it best for the plasma gang to keep it no matter what.....only get an LG OLED cause every other TV will disappoint you.

Besides if you have a great 1080p/i picture and sit far away, thats still one of the best views out there no matter what VRR++/8.8k/brain stem injection technology just came out.

I've got the Hisense from BB setup and running. It's looks great. I played some 4k media from my library and was very pleased. How can I test it out and what do you want to know? The vesa mount is really low on the panel so when mounting it to the wall, the tv is very high. I also have 2 of the TCLs still in the box. I'm waiting to get more info on the best TV's to make my decision on which to keep. My onn is set to come this coming Tuesday.
If you see the HDR or 4k symbol it should mean its working, but I've seen cases where that's not true. I cheat and hook up my Xbox and it has a checklist

You psychos out there with all three 65 BF deals, Jesus H christ!!! They are 98.76% the same- if you used your red card and want to hold on to the fact it's the cheapest one- keep the TCL. If you want to watch limited Dobly vision stuff and feel you can see a difference-keep the Hisense. If you enjoy Roku over Android- keep the Onn

I just picked mine. I had to fold the 2nd and 3rd row to fit it in my SUV to make it lie flat. Otherwise, I had to lean to the side window.

Overall review after playing it for 2 hours (My previous TV was LG 47 inch which died after 5 years):

1. Setup was easy (First Roku TV and I like it)
2. Box and TV were heavier than I expected
3. I wish there was a headphone jack in Roku TV Remote (like other Roku TV Remote)
4. Airplay was slow (from iPad, iPhone, Macbook)
5. Sounds: I can hear
6. Light bleed: Yes
7. Color accuracy: I don't know
8. 4K / HDR / Dolby Vision: I don't know. My kids are not letting me change settings anymore.

Conclusion: Going to keep it. I bought it for my kids watching Disney animation. Good budget TV for kids.

Not sure which remote this comes with, but I'm guessing it's the simple type that you need to aim at the TV.

You can add an enhanced Roku remote to the TV if want. They sell them on Roku.com [roku.com]. You could pair an old Roku remote to if you wanted.

There's a free app that you can use that let's you use headphones too.

Ill talk in terms your more aware of. Do you realize the amount of energy and resources wasted if you return 3 TVs? All the gas, oil, and plastic waste? Those companies now have to hire people to test, check, and repackage each unit. Then the third time of using the evil gas, rubber, and grease power machine to put them back on the market. But you do you and others will pay, hoorayy!!!1!!1!!!

Thank you! Yes, I have to aim my remote to the TV in order to control.

I found it comes with a basic remote without a mic which comes with Roku TV Express. Glad to know I can control with Roku TV App.

I watched about 30 mins on YouTube 4K HDR video and 4K movie on Prime Video. I watched Screen Test videos and it is not perfect. But I like it so far as $229 price range. I hope there will be a 75 inch deal on next year's Black Friday.
