Got replacement, it was a circus. Walmart in my area is poorly managed is saying it nicely. Got a discount too, may have to go back to jump through more hoops in regards to the warranty. FYI- this has no warranty *UNLESS* you purchase it when you buy the tv..... so I either sit on my discounted cheapo buy or go return and rebuy *with* warranty.
This is completely incorrect. The tv has a 1 year warranty and it's doubled if you register with them. Says on the box the same thing. There is an orange booklet in the box that had a number you text and it gives you the link to register for the second year. It accepted my registration no problem.

I also waited until the last minute to pick up. I found roughly the dimensions of the box in this thread. Checked the dimensions of my scion to make sure it would fit and it would be juuust the right size to fit in my trunk with the backseats down.

I contemplated whether or not to pick up around 7 so I went back to this thread and saw how people were getting 70's instead of 60's! Figured why not. Check into the walmart app to say I'm on my way. Get to Walmart 20 minutes later and this 20-something year old walmart employee comes out to help. The employee says he's waiting on a coworker to help him bring it out. I tell him I'm not even sure it will fit. He says he's seen the size of the box and he doesn't think it will. I ask him if I can try to fit it in and convince him to let me help him carry the box to my trunk to see if it will fit lying down. It was like 30 minutes before they were closing so he figures why not? I help him take the tv off of a pallet and I can see maybe 8-10 similar tv's all waiting to be picked up. I was like damn! No 70" for me! Get to trunk and its able to fit but just barely. The height was fine but the box was long enough to fit outside the trunk. I move both front seats up and we are able to fit it in the car. The associate was like huh it did fit! Drove home with my knees to my chest and the steering wheel really close to my chest so I'm really hoping this was worth it!

I registered for the additional 1 year warranty with onn but I never received a confirmation or anything of that sort. Did anyone receive a confirmation that their product was successfully registered?

Is the contrast cranked up? Probably the picture settings need adjustment

Anyone having issues with volume/quality being all over the place? If you have Netflix for example if you go to The Office but don't select it and let it play the preview the volume and quality of the speakers seems pretty good. If you hit enter and start playing the show the volume gets much quieter and almost seems like the speakers are using letts watts if that makes sense? The sound quality changes completely once the show starts playing and sounds hollow with much less range. I have a bunch of apps and streaming shows and the audio quality changes dramatically depending on what you watch which I've never seen on a tv before

Hook up a Roku or Firestick and see if you can replicate it exactly.
If yes, it's likely leveling settings gone wild, if not, try to factory reset TV.

Edit: missed that last part, if its happening on all shows, probably weak WiFi connection. The "preview" will be fine, its easily cached, but when you start the show, it'll start caching as much audio and video as it can for lag free viewing.

I tried my fire stick and the volume and quality sounded fine when I did The Office test I mentioned earlier. Guess it's something with the tv I'll try a factory reset and see if it helps. I have a fast connection over fiber so internet speed shouldnt be the issue. The picture loads up fine at the correct resolution so it has enough bandwidth to stream everything.

Also this tv supports CEC if anyone wants to try it so you can control devices like your fire stick with your roku tv remote, it's in a hidden menu. To get there hit Home x5, rewind, down, fast forward, down, rewind then turn on CEC Remote. Let me control my fire stick without needing it's remote which was nice.

Update- did a factory reset and no difference. Some apps built into the roku tv have extremely poor audio quality but if I use the same apps on my fire stick the sound is vastly better.

Mine says one year manufacturer's warranty right on the box. Just like literally EVERY single new electronic product I've bought in the past decade. I'm gonna feel safe with that.

However, if you contact a company's support center and simply relinquish all common sense and then agree about there not being a warranty, you do lose the manufacturer's warranty.
Sorry.
No agreement was made, I asked how this was even legal? I told them the box said 2 years, but just cause it's on there doesn't make it fact. I mean if it's 1,001 years on the box, that's facts? Have you tried to register? Please try and see what happens.

Not my intentions to mislead or spread lies. I'm just sharing what happened when I dug deeper. Did you get a confirmation email? What I learned is a different group is responsible for these BF TVs. Could you do me a favor? Go back to Onn website and enter the chat. Give the SN and just ask how far apart the feet are.

Im love to know this and I hope you get one. I registered before and didn't get it, so I when to the chat window and got told- Call this number a different team is in charge of these BF models. I may have gotten a new person or something else. My person said no sorry warranty for this 65 or 50 BF models is listed on her computer after searching for it. I didn't believe it, but she couldn't add any reason why.

Does this TV have Airplay? ( I read that a bunch of Roku TVs received updates providing airplay recently).
