I still don't understand what the USB-C on a laptop would be used for. This one doesn't send a video signal, and every peripheral device I have ever seen has a USB-A that plugs into the computer side, and something smaller on the device side.
All my external SSDs are USB-C, and then you need an adapter if you want to use them in a regular USB.

I mostly use them w my MacBook, but also use the USB-C port on my windows laptop for them sometimes too.

I have the older version of this laptop, except mine came with a 8300H and GTX 1050 Ti and 1TB HDD. I love the thing and I paid $440 in May 2019. This one is a much better deal. I think this is a fair price for a somewhat portable laptop with discrete GPU that can actually play modern games (FPS / racing) at 1080p 60fps if you spend the time to tweak graphics settings especially older titles. I added 8GB to mine and it made a huge difference, plus an m.2 SATA 512GB gave it a nice boost.

1st off WM should have done their own band laptop entry gaming level.. the 9750 with 1650ti tx 1080p 8gb x1 (2 slot with 1 for dual channel) and 512gb m.2 for $500... These kind of entry level will tide one over until sodimm ddr5, 4k for entry level, and bigger batteries and 30 gen cards hit entry level in 2024-2025..

Dude, good luck lining up with COVID+ "Karen" if they have it on sale in store. I don't think our government allow BF sale in store this year. I could be wrong tho

Good idea.... but this is Walmart. You have to dial down those expectations 2 notches.

I bought this laptop a few months ago and paid over $600 for it. It's definitely a great deal at this price for an entry point gaming laptop. Basically it runs what my son plays on it well enough.

Screen is good for 62% of the sRGB. Obviously it's a gaming laptop, but anyone who had ideas for photo/video work and need accurate color spacing need not apply.

Otherwise, love these specs for the price.
