FYI: There is only a 30 warranty for these onn black friday models. When I called onn, they gave me a different number for these "legacy TV's" they called it. The number is 1-888-516-2630. At that number (Walmart Onn Support) they said these models have no warranty other than 30 days, and advised going into the store and purchasing an extended warranty, and then calling that company immediately to register the TV for the purchased warranty.

The best thing I know of that will get them CNN, local news and some (but probably not all) sports is YoutubeTV. I have it and love it, and the dvr is great. The price is $65 a month, so they'd save $35 off what they're paying for cable. If they aren't very techy, though, that $35 savings wouldn't be worth the aggravation of trying to figure out how to use it. It would also depend what sports channels they watch, because I don't think they'd get all of them with yttv (I don't watch sports, so no idea all the details). Of course, if you or another family member wanted to share your account, and you live in the same area (so would have the same local channels), it would be cheaper.

Not sure but it should fit for sure, my car was smaller than a SUV and it fit the back seat fairly easily

Walmart has taken this TV this completely off their website and you can even read reviews , I bought it and can even see my own review on it and even it says its eligible for a protection plan , none comes up when I hit link, its like they have washed their hands form their own product, even customer service wont help. Outrageous how a company wont help with their own product or website issues, stay away...

Loving the tv so far, but I'm new to Roku tv's. Does anyone know if there's a way to make my Firestick input the "default" so it immediately goes to that instead of the Roku "menu" screen when I turn the tv on?

Return it. There is no warranty on this Black Friday model. I contacted onn about warranty, and they gave me a phone number to call. I called the number they gave me 1-888-516-2630 and someone from Walmart answered the phone. They told me the Black Friday midel onn TV's do not come with a manufacturer warranty. They told me that I could go in store to the electronics department, and purchase a warranty. And went on to say if I did that, I would then have to call the warranty company which I purchased from Walmart to let them know it was a black friday model, and to register with them immediately, otherwise that warranty could become invalid. Crazy! My TV is going back to Wallyworld.
