Currently all phones are $50 less than MSRP except for the XS series which is like at least 200-300 less. We should assume they go back up to at least MSRP when the deal goes live?

And if these prices hold or just are increased by $50 - $100 wouldn't the XS be the best value? Though XS are in-store only, so I'm guessing it'll be very YMMV right?

can someone please help me to figure out this deal?

You buy $900 phone then Walmart gives you back $450 ?

I have AT&T Prepaid XR - if I pay $900 for Iphone 11 Pro Max or iPhone 12 Pro, do I need to activate anything, sign any papers, etc ? or just pay full price in store and Walmart sends me the e-Gift card ?

This can't be true if you don't have to add a line or have Unlimited Plan ? Please help

Go back to the earlier pages and read. No need of new lines or unlimited plan. Just 2 months with At&t and it will be unlocked. You don't pay $900 upfront. You get installments with at&t

I read earlier pages before posted here. if you have prepaid AT&T, how could you do monthly installments ? why can't you pay everything in full ?

This is for postpaid accounts only, not prepaid. Prepaid deals have separate deals

If they are going to price 11 Pro at 1049, then this is no deal at all. After upgrade fees and tax, it will be net $700 and you are stuck with a $450 gift card.

Agreed, it's a marked up MSRP on a one year old phone. idk what they're thinking.

Wow, it's clearer on a PC... The 11/11Pro is marked up crazy from MSRP from last year and XS is marked up from MSRP 2 year ago... this is not a deal what-so-ever. OMG I don't think they will sell very many of these at all...
