At least for me, the unlocking process did not work automatically and I had to call Verizon though.

How were you able to pay off the balance? I tried online, via phone and in a Verizon store.
All told me I had to pay off balance in store with CASH, but thanks to COVID they aren't accepting any cash payments.

The store I was at only had the 11 and 11 pro, someone else was looking for an XS but was told that no stores in the area had them. This was Orange County, Ca

I stopped by 2 walmarts this afternoon (4:30) but they all told me that the vendor has gone and they couldn't sell me iphone 11. It doesn't make sense and wasted my time Frown

Got 64gb iPhone 11 on ATT at the store. Like others have reported, the eGC got sent to my email instantly. The process was pretty smooth. My cost breakdown:

64gb iPhone 11: $19.97 x 30 = $599
Tax: $44.18
Upgrade Fee: $30
Total: $673.18 - $400 eGC = $273.18

Walked in to store today around 4pm. No queue at all. Upgraded my At&t line to buy iPhone 11 64Gb black. Paid tax $35.94.
Upgrade fee $30
Received $400 walmart gift card within 30 minutes.
$19.97 * 30 installments.

Bought an iphone 11 at walmart in the morning. Got a gift card within 15mins. I called att and paid off in full. When i asked about unlock, i was told to try after 24 hours. Just gave a try to see what happens and got an error.

Looks like we can't unlock your device just yet. Try your unlock request again after your service has been active for at least 60 days.

Didnt expect this as i was trying to cancel the line after unlocking the device

What service are you trying to take the phone to?

Are you able to get the activation fee refunded?
