Our local Fire Department advises getting them separate. One Smoke Alarm and One CO2 Alarm

Wait huh? Can you educate me on this. I bought two of those 3 packs, wanted to replace the 6 in my house. They all appeared to be linked because when one goes off, they all do. I'm in MA.

Came here to discuss the 2 pack i saw at Costco that was $49.99 in comparison to the 3 pack, but now you've got me wondering.
