Bullshit, you won't see pixels unless you like to pretend to be an elitist and sit stupid close to a 32 inch screen. Anyone will find problems to complain about if they want to find problems.
I have a curved Acer 32", also just 1080p, and i'm typing on it right now, sitting 2.5 feet away from it , have perfect 20/20 vision and the screen is perfectly fine for text, videos and images. I game on it too. Will you see finer, sharper display on a QHD screen at the same size and distance, yes, but nobody is going to see pixels at typical, practical use scenarios.
All I can do is wait for ACER to respond to my queries.
But...
I have connected 2
The Display Ports (max 3) & 1 HDMI for my Graphics Card Radeon RX 580 GAMING 8G
I can set them (landscape or portrait) as individual screens, continuous wide or tall, dual computer mode for switching computers.
And yes, even when in continuous I can set different resolutions (but when I do this one screen slides around to fast to click on anything.
I also connected the VIZIO 50" thru DVI or HDMI and the above still occurs.
So the screens would look the same!
And with the up to date graphics drivers w/ control center apps you can switch them around to your hearts desire even using the HDMI for 4 monitors.
With me its CAD, but for games and stuff it will work out.
**HINT: Still have to test not only one audio option but 3 or more.**
Thanks for the reply. Ya I was trying to do what the other guy posted and planned to have 3 for gaming. Have the game stretch across all 3 screens. When I wanna play full sim type racing or just use 1 screen when wanna have the other screens for something else. I currently am buying things for a pc build. I dont have a pc yet. Was going buy these ahead. But I was worried about getting 3 that looked different even though they suppose to be the exact same model. Because of possible different revisions.
just picked mine up, have one vertical line on the left side of screen from top to bottom. defective? or does anyone know any ways to possibly fix. tried different cables and everything.
Got mine and played around with it for a bit. I can tolerate the text but games just didn't look good. Which is odd considering most complaints was about text. I've just got used to seeing games at 1440p on $400+ monitors. Good monitor for some. But I'm guessing most that are okay with this monitor have never experienced a 1440p/4k monitor. Can't justify keeping it even at the sale price. Couldn't imagine paying retail.

But I do believe its still a toss up for both versions from 1 ms to 5 ms..
Just waiting and doing some tests as mentioned above...

Not knowing what anyone is running, and not to make this a tech forum.... but...
Mainboard - AMD X399 Gaming
CPU - AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1950X
Graphics - Radeon RX 580 GAMING 8G
Power - 850W ATX 12V Full Modular
Memory - 64GB ECC 2667
it's only 1ms when you turn on VRB in the monitor settings. but when you turn it on, everything becomes WAY too dark to play on. also everything turns into doodoo because of the insane amount of smear this has. i returned all 3 of mine today. realized i should stop skimping out, ended up getting the samsung G9. now i'm just waiting for the rtx3080 to become available and i'll be a happy gamer. haven't played anything other than among us though, so not sure what i'd play first

don't do it, playing something that has fast moving pixels like a racing sim will look like a blurry smear on this

Why would that be if they are rated 165hz and 1ms? Can you explain to someone who is new to PC gaming and PC builds. I've only ever used console on my tv. But at the price of these new systems and the size of them I'm thinking to finally just go PC. I been wanting to start streaming anyways. I had planned to use 1 of the 3 I was going to buy to use with ps4 for now. Feel like I'm on a disadvantage on my old 47 inch 60hz tv. I have the original ps4 and the xbox one s. So not worried about 4k right now.

Since you don't seem like you experienced 1440p/4k on a computer monitor, Id give them a try. Open one try it out and if it's not to your liking take them back. This monitor in certainly hit or miss with some. I just think some have got spoiled to higher end monitors, I'm one of them. I think you have till well into January to take them back due to the holidays.
These people on here talking about seeing the pixels, are full of shit. The colors and lighting are beautiful. I wish people could see how much my gameplay has improved since I upgraded to this from a 15.6" 60hz screen.

Lol no they aren't, most of them probably bought this that also have a high end monitors. The pixels don't just smack you in the face in my experience but you can see them without issue if you look for them, even at normal viewing distance. Your coming from what sounds like a crappy old monitor so you will be impressed. If you put this next to a 1440p 144hz monitor you'll be ready to throw this in the trash.

Rtfol 😂... I am running this with the DP cable, as per the instructions manual, you are not able to achieve 165hz with an HDMI.
I will upgrade to a 1440p monitor in a few months, after all the holidays delayed shipping have passed.
