I've seen it once at around $390 I think two to three months ago. After that it was always been $500+.

I don't need a new watch. I need to sell the dozens of watches (some still in their original box) that I've bought on impulse throughout the years.

I have this watch. It died less than 2 years later. Don't believe the Eco-Drive hype. It still uses a battery inside and when that battery dies and no longer holds a charge, the watch dies.

Good thing it has a 5 year warranty and you were able to get it fixed. Most of my eco drives are older than 5 years old and only one charging cell is bad or at least not as effective as it should be. I own that because of the way I used it (or lack of use in this case).

I own this watch and love it. On the last deal around this price I bought a second one and my brother got my previous one.

The titanium band is a game changer. Be careful you'll never want to wear your stainless watches again because of the difference in weight.

It is showing back in stock, how do you alert the editors to change status?

Can't you just replace the battery (er, the ah "charging cell")?

I just woke up and saw that the deal was expired. Not sure why though. The deal is still available upon checking the link.

TLDR: This watch is better (43 time zones vs 6) and $16 cheaper than the much more common version at it's best price ($228 vs $244), Thanks for posting, I picked it up, even though I didn't NEED it. It is back in stock.

I have the much more common one mentioned above AT4010-50E [amazon.com], got it 2 years ago when it was on sale for $244. I have grown to love it and it is now my daily driver. What won me over on that watch was primarily:

1. Titanium is nice and light, but shows a little wear and scuffs on the bracelet. I can live with that.

2. Sapphire is game changing, several times a month I bounce it off something, and think as I'm looking down to check the damage, "Well, this is finally the time that I have scratched it!" and find that it is still pristine. I don't think I will ever again have a watch that doesn't have sapphire, I didn't realize how much I hated scratches on the glass face, until I didn't have to deal with them.

3. Exceedingly simple time zone change when traveling.

4. High confidence in accurate time, because it syncs every night.

5. Never worried about it running out of battery, stays fully charged after just a few days of wearing it from almost dead (it must have sat in its box in the dark on a shelf in the warehouse for months, because it was definitely in low power mode, doing its 1 tick every 2 seconds thing).

Wear it everywhere, never take it off. Durable, functional, and understated yet stylish enough to pair with dress clothes or can wear jumping into the pool after playing sports with the kids.

Literally the last watch you'll need.

Until you find out that this posted watch World Time CB5908-57E [amazon.com] exists and solves the one remaining problem, not every time zone was included on my current watch.

I had been eyeballing the Skyhawk versions (not crazy about the Blue Angels motif, but different color options were somewhat limited) so I could get a true world time piece, thinking I needed the digital display to help with UTC conversions and quick recognition of the time in the cockpit. The E6B calculator bezel seemed to be less than useful and made the crowded face even smaller and more busy. In spite of all that, it seemed that the Skyhawk was going to be my next purchase, but finding sapphire and titanium on it was proving to be prohibitively expensive.

The only difference I can see is the one in the deal has 43 cities/timezones. My old one came with only 6 time zones: LAX, DEN, CHI, NYC, LON, and 1 you can set to another time zone but you lose the radio controlled time sync.

Well, there is a second difference: at $228 it is even $16 cheaper!

I put a mod alert on my post to see if that can get their attention that this is not expired, and is potentially a front page deal.

I suppose you could if you really wanted to but Citizen can and will either under warranty or for a fee if out of warranty. At $225, if at worst I get 5 guaranteed years out of a Titanium PCAT, I'll buy a new one every 5 years if needed and feel I've still got a great deal.

Very nice, in for one. I missed out on the AT4010-50E for $226 last year, but this upgraded version at $228 is worth the wait.
