Many people live in apartments, manufactured homes, or rent their home and can't tear out walls to install a real fireplace. Additionally, in places with a year-round warm climate (Florida, I'm looking at you), it's nice to be able to have the ambience of a fireplace on a not-so-chilly Christmas night, without any of the actual heat.

I've got the model Home Depot sold last Black Friday, and all the heat is blown into the room, away from the electronics. Nothing on the stand itself gets even slightly warm. Also as I said above, you can choose to run the flame effects without any heat.

Any feedback on these .looking to put one in the small basement (500sqft) which is only used for home theater set up with projector (no tv) . The room is little cold compared to other floors as expected .Thought if buying a space heater and thought this will be a better solution as it can also house the central speakers /DVD/gaming consoles

I have one similar to this and it kicks off a good amount of heat. I think it would do the trick for you.

Was looking for something, as I plan on buying a 65-70" tv soon. This will be perfect, since it's around the same price as ones I've been looking at but without the heater.

Chase Freedom this quarter gets an additional 5% CB from Paypal (which you can use to checkout).

Thanks for the coupons OP. Ended up getting the Walker Edison Highboy 52in for $228 out the door. Really needed to get something with doors to replace the open style we have now due to having a newborn

Can't vouch for this particular Walker Edison piece, but recently bought a large Walker Edison entertainment stand [amazon.com] from Amazon. I needed something long but shallow for my 65" OLED and all of my peripherals like game consoles. Happy to report it's sturdy and well-made!

Is it heirloom furniture? No. But it's definitely a lot nicer and sturdier your standard Walmart/Target/Big Lots type of furniture.

The 70 inch comes out to be $278 for me, how do you get it down to $243?

Any chance this could heat a covered patio? If not would anyone have a suggestion on what would?

How do I activate the PayPal with freedom I don't see anything with the two?
