Will you set your DVR to record the entire the series?

Antiquity is filled with legends of glorious moments when everyone watched the same program the night before, then the next day it was a popular topic of conversation.

Did you see that? Well yes, every one did see that. The golden age of TV was experienced inside individual homes, and the next day it was enjoyed again in communal social intercourse.

As autumn turns to winter, hark back to the golden times of yesteryear. Watch TV programs as Captain Video would want them to be seen, on living breathing live broadcasting channels, offering at least a small chance that the next day you may discover that someone you meet did see that.

There was once a dream that was live broadcast television. You could only whisper it. Anything more than a whisper and it would go off air…it was so fragile. I fear that it will not survive the winter.

I will be watching the Munsters all-day Halloween marathon live as it airs.

Great show, I wish it had run a little longer. Alas, I don't think it sells enough for a Blu-ray set.

Scream Factory did put out the two included movies from this complete series set on a single Blu-ray.

I lament this even more in the area of music/radio.

Reminds me of the cheap uncle.
Why go to the movies when you can watch a free movie on TV.
Why pay for internet when it's free at public places.
Why buy the new best seller book when you can get a free old book at the library

He would look over his glasses so he wouldn't wear them out.
