yes Zavvi is excellent. I have ordered 6 or 7 times from them. There have been a few people that had some issue with damaged boxes, but I had a Lego set shipped by Costco that was shipped in a gray shipping bag only and the box was pretty much destroyed. I just ordered the VW bus from Zavvi on Thursday and it's being delivered today. Despite shipping from the UK, Zavvi does collect state sales tax though.
