Having a pressure cooker sale start the day after election day is a good bit
Both are good deals, but I'd spend an extra $10 at Costco for the peace of mind return policy.
If you do a Google search there are a few different blogs that compare the different models.
Most Instant Pot models will satisfy the needs of the majority of users.

I was eyeing the same thing, while the Costco version have a few more accessory, I think the Walmart version might still be a better deal because you can just buy those extra accessories from Costco, and the price dropped quite a bit before down to like $15-20 I think
