Wyze.com is offering free shipping on select orders over $33. This is rare and rather important since they use shipping costs as an extension to the price of the product.

Items NOT Included:
Wyze Headphones
Wyze Thermostat
Wyze Doorbell
Wyze Cam Outdoor Starter Bundle & Expansion Camera
Other pre-order products
Wyze in Response products --Surgical Masks --iHealth Thermometers

FWIW I'm probably not going to buy any more Wyze stuff because they seem to be in over their heads regarding server management. Over the past few months, stuff has just...kinda stopped working. I'll go weeks without receiving any notifications. my Wyze bulb sometimes stops turning on with motion from my Wyze motion sensor. and honestly the app hasn't really improved in the couple years I've had it. Playback is abysmal, I constantly get disconnected from my cameras, and frankly I'm just not sure they're worth the price anymore. YMMV.

Note that on the 27th they're launching a newer, better camera (Ver3) and for the same price according to a leak ($20). Might be good to wait for the newer cam instead, or at least wait until the details are released.

I think most people issues with Wyze devices is not knowing the limited range they can be from a wireless router. You, probably, just need to move the device closer to the router or get a mesh router. I have had Wyze cameras for at least 4 years and have had most of them outside, under an overhang, through snow, rain, etc. And they are still working fine! I just got the sensor kit and the range from the wireless router and the sensor hub was my only issue. I moved the devices closer and everything worked. But I do believe most peoples issue are from wireless issues.

Maybe you need faster internet as you increase your WiFi devices.
Doesn't take much bandwidth to send a command to turn a light bulb on or to send a push notification. I suspect either a router issue, or something related to wyze's servers most likely. The app can be finicky as well at times.

While I haven't experienced any failures or issues with my cameras, I do agree with questioning the value of their products in the future. Mainly because of them axing person detection from the free service and moving it to the new subscription service. For as dirt cheap as they are, the price for performance has been incredible when comparing to the likes of Ring. But I sense the beginning of price/service cost increases. And if they start to align themselves with the big boys in town price-wise, I think it will be hard to recommend them.

This post only listed what wasn't included, rather than what is.

What is included:
Wyze V2 Cam (they're trying to sell out their stock of these as they're launching a newer better version)
Wyze Pan Cam
Wyze Scale (I love mine)
Wyze Band
Wyze Bulb
Wyze Plug
Wyze Sense (Motion/Contact sensors) - Note that early next year there is a Ver2 of these being launched with their security system.
Wyze Lock (free keypad with purchase during this special)

Only valid if they are in stock at time of order, otherwise offer is invalid.

I have 50+ Wyze devices. Keep in mind Person Detection is no longer free, you must pay the subscription now ($1.99/mo per cam, $5 off if paid yearly; includes all motion events saved to the cloud and they're upgrading it to include detection of pets, vehicles and packages too).

For free you still get sound and motion detection notifications with 12 second cloud recordings (5 minute cool down) saved for 14 days, sd card storage, and a rectangular detection zone.

Was a big proponent of Wyze in the beginning but have been slowly going in another direction. As many others have said cameras seem to be buggy lately and they seem to just come out with new products instead of fixing issues. Ok priced cameras just know what you are getting.

Got the email yesterday and picked up a black cam & a pan. As others have said they have been wonky at connecting in the past few months. I hope they fix it
