My boss just got us this set for one building, and the fuel set for another. Both this and the fuel versions easily outperform the 18V Menards brand drills and drivers we had. Definitely a difference between the Fuel and non-Fuel versions, but for the day to day stuff I don't even notice a difference. Bigger/more demanding jobs, especially for the hackzall, is where you see the difference. FWIW a lot of people prefer the non-Fuel ratchet due to the smaller size.
I just sold this stuff off after 5 years, these are good products and if you're getting started this would be a great place to start, save for the ratchet which seems too specialized to be included here but whatever.
I used the hackzall like a sawzall and it did ok at that, really one of the reasons to sell/upgrade was to get a 2 hand sawzall with more power but it was ok. The drill was pretty good, decent power considering the size. The 1.5ah batteries would require swaps but you get two, and the benefit is small size/weight.
Yeah, this is good stuff. It's not brushless/fuel but at this price it's not competing against those types of products anyway.
This is was my gateway drug for Milwaukee. Now I've got many other M12 tools. They're a great size and have plenty of power for most jobs. Maybe not for people who are building decks every day, but for around the house it's an awesome set. I have seen this price two other times. Last time I bought a set for my dad too. He's now a bigger Milwaukee fan than me.

Your link or typing the number at the end of the url doesn't pull up any page. Can you fix that? Thanks.
