The V3 does not support the bridge for Sense Security
The V3 also *requires* a subscription if you want Person Detection
The V3 also features the same limitation of the Wyze Cam V1/2 that any CLOUD videos it records are a maximum length of 12 seconds with a 5-minute cooldown period between each clip regardless of how they were triggered (unless you pay for above mentioned subscription) <<< This is a free cloud option
Free 14-day rolling cloud storage + MicroSD card slot for 24/7 continuous recording (or "record events only" - in 1 minute chunks if any movement detected).

I have two V2 cameras in enclosures outside here in NH, 2+ years and both cameras working fine. I wouldn't worry about this -4° rating.
