Got the Trooper 20qt from the last deal. Came brand new in the box. Came with the carabiner multi-tool/bottle opener. I took it to the beach for a week and to backyard BBQs. It's perfect for what it is and I really prefer the latch to the pain in the butt zippers the Yeti has. Easy one handed opening and closing versus struggling with a zipper with both hands.

How can a cooler be refurbished? I mean do they go bad and they can be refurbished?

No comparison. Otterbox us US made and top quality. Igloo is trash in comparison. I own two ventures. I also own a yeti, and an orca. The drawback are the space taken by the handles but they're comfortable to carry unlike the hand killer yeti.

I don't have the 65, just the 45 and 25. The dividers (all important) don't fit in the 25. My 45 holds two ice blocks on one side and the tray and other stuff on the other. I use it for meats cheese and lettuce, stuff I want really cold. One week camping at 80s in summer and I have about six tenths of both cubes left that go back in the freezer.

Get the divider or two for the 65.

I got the 20 a few months ago as well. Also appeared brand new. But damn if that hard plastic on the back isn't uncomfortable when having this thing slung over your shoulder. Worked well enough though at keeping things cold.

I purchased a new OtterBox Trooper LT 30 Cooler [otterbox.com] for ~$250 and have been very happy with it. It worked perfectly to store picnic food for one-day Napa winery trips. And during a two-week roadtrip with stops in multiple states, this cooler served its purpose and made the trip so much more enjoyable by keeping drinks and food cold.

My purchase did include the Ice Pack Cooler Accessory (5lb) [otterbox.com] that retails for $29.95, and the ice pack helps to keep items cool very well.

I highly recommended this product,

I bought the 65 quart at Best Buy a few years ago when it was a close out. Thing weighs a ton (I didn't buy the wheels because they were more expensive than the cooler), but it's super solid and will keep your stuff cold for days. Quality product.

Just going to throw my 2 cents in about A4C; ordered the backpack model a few months ago, received in like-new condition. It went on sale a few weeks later, I emailed them and, to my surprise, they refunded the difference no questions asked. Great customer service IMO

I got the 20 qt Trooper last time, and I've been really impressed with the quality. The zippers, lid, and latch are really high quality. I was looking at an Ozark Trail at the same time and I'm really glad I went with this. Mine looked brand new. I would definitely buy again at this price.

Handle broke off for me after a month. Warranty has not replied. Still sort of closes but not bombproof. it's kind of like a cheap tupperware latch that comes out of its holes, except when this does, it's cracked and can't go back.
