Ultrasonic fingerprint sensor (FE has optical, which some people prefer, so this is probably a wash)
Higher resolution screen (but to use the 120hz refresh rate, the resolution must be dropped down to 1080p, matching the FE...most people seem to prefer high refresh rate to high resolution so this may also be a wash)
More shatter resistant Gorilla Glass (but the GG version the FE has is much better at scratch resistance)
A glass back (but...having held the FE, the plastic back does feel and look nice...and is not at risk of shattering when dropped)
Otherwise, the guts of the phone are similar. Same processor, for example. Less ram, but shouldn't be a huge deal. To me, the FE is such a ridiculous bargain that I'm not sure it's worth the extra money to climb up to the original S20 even with these sale prices. If you can get the FE for $499, I think I'd go with that.

I believe this is US model so comes with standard samsung warranty. If you buy unlocked International model no warranty. Also, square trade for $71 for 2 years might be something worth getting
It's about the seller on ebay. This is Microsoft so I'm sure they offer warranty ! This is not a random dude selling from his backyard
