I am a Civil Engineer and I did the math for you:

$1970 85" version cost 63.8 cents per square inch of screen
$1599 75" version cost 66.5 cents per square inch of screen
$970 65" version cost 53.7 cents per square inch of screen

Therefore, the 75" version is the worst choice and actually cost more than the 85" version when looking at cost per square inch of screen

Links

Direct Link to purchase TV: https://www.costco.com/sony-85%22...57292.html (goes in and out of stock).
Rtings.com review: https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/sony/x900h (IMHO one of the best LED TV's out there)

Costco.com VS Costco Warehouses (physical stores)

Costco.com vs Costco Warehouses (physical stores) act as 2 different business units and will not price match if bought from the "other" store.

Costco.com

Costco.com Price Adjustment Page: https://customerservice.costco.co...l/a_id/628
30-day Price Adjustment
Multiple people have chatted/talked with customer support and have posted proof that orders will be price adjusted.
Multiple Costco.com orders even have the price adjustment already issued.
Free shipping

Costco Warehouses

Price adjustment seems to depend on the associate/store manager so YMMV.
The carton is a beast and DON'T LAY TV FLAT when transporting.

4K 120HZ Blur Issue

(11/13) Sony has acknowledged the blur issue and promised to address it: https://www.sony.com/electronics/...s/00254079
Here is the Sony support page: https://www.sony.com/electronics/...s/00254078

Hope this helps!

Hah. I also got the 75" on the 1570 sale. Wife saw me looking at this and gave me a hard no.

I want to pick this up at the warehouse since it's not online.., but this sucker is so big I don't think it will fit in on my Honda Pilot. How is everyone getting it home without a pickup truck?

Wish I could say the same. They brought it into the front door and were like this is the most we will do. You must have gotten the wrong impression. I showed them the white glove conditions and they said no. Called Costco and they refunded me $20. Not a huge deal but was a little bummed about the situation.
Wow, even for NON white glove delivery, they say they will deliver to your room of choice. White glove only has them unbox it and set it up on the stand. They didn't even meet the conditions of the free delivery.

I'm guessing they live in a liberal area. In my experience, they are more likely to be more paranoid and hysterical about Covid and use that as an excuse to do less.

I had mine delivered Friday and they seemed to want to do as little as possible trying to imply Covid as their angle. I twisted their arm to set it up but I may ask for a refund on that due to the effort I had to put forth to get them to do their job.

This TV is very buggy. I ended up returning 2 units because of buggy software, wifi, random shutoffs on both tvs.

Same thing here. Got mine at Costco and was so excited about the TV but once I hooked it up for a week, there is nothing but the same issue you mentioned, random shutoffs and wifi disconnections even after combing through the webs to for answers. I did factory reset, updated firmware, and assigned static IP for this TV with wired connection; dozen of times but the TV is buggy as hell! According to many of the stories out there, Sony service is not responsive and hard to get to. This is my first Android TV but I'm ready to get another Samsung TV similar to what I have.

Same here, but I found this in another thread, tried it, and seems like the random reboot is resolved (at least temporarily until Sony comes with a firmware fix for the permanent one)

Set the RS232C control to Via serial port.
Note: This setting may affect the power consumption of the TV.
On the remote control, press the HOME button.
Select Settings → Remotes & Accessories → Via serial port.

I second that, very buggy. Shut off at least 3 or 4 times a day. WiFi would drop, and won't connect again until the power cable is unplugged. Worked great the first month, it started having problems a week ago, Costco will be picking it up this Thursday.
Costco will be come out and pick it up for return? Is this free or do you have to pay pick fee; how much? I am worry I have to get my brother-in-law who lives 3 hrs away to help me lug this back to the store.

It's that simple?! Hell, even if this TV consume a bit more energy, I'm all for it. I love how responsive the UI is and how easy it is to find what you want from the menu. I hope this works. Thanks for the tip!

cheaper until they wanted $76 to ship my mounts (that was the cheapest option). holy crap. looked good too until that.
Oh my gosh that is horrible. I live in MN where mycablemart is located so I've always picked up my orders. I had no idea they charged this much for shipping.

If your order from Costco is shipped to your home, then for returns, Costco will pickup from your home. This is applicable for normally large and/or heavy items, like TVs, Furniture, etc.
