Sam's Club[samsclub.com] has Zinus Night Therapy iCoil Top Spring Mattresses on sale. Shipping is Free. Membership required - link to thread for membership deal.
I have this or one thats very similar, zinus hybrid 12 inch. Believe it was sub $200 at the time. Was great for a year, but the foam is done where my ass and lower back sits. Even with frequent turnings. I now have lower back pain again and contribute it to the foam provided no support. I tend to start on my side, but end up on my back. Debating wether to try again as I cant afford high end. I do hate the idea of tossing giant heavy foam matresses into the trash every 2-3 years though.
Offer ends November 29 and the Sam's Club free membership sign up ends in January. I have purchased the iCoil bed multiple times. I just re-sell them for about half the price when I have to move across the country for new jobs. Never kept the mattress more than 2 years, to comment on if they are worth keeping long term. They feel fine when used and never had any problems with them. The tall smart base frame is excellent for storage under the bed. The mattress set also comes with the brackets for a head board attachment.

Only share if you feel it, but a review like this is highly dependent on who's using it and frame... We've had ours for three years and so far my only complaint is the poor edge support (aka no edge stiffening/structure). I am 6'0 160. Wife is 5'6 130. $179 for Queen. $191 after tax.
Our bed has wood slat supports and I added a full length support down the middle built with a vertical 2x8 with a horizontal 1x4 against the carpet. Before it just had a few screw in support posts under some slats.
