I agree, If you are in the market for something as light duty as this, do yourself a favor and buy a utility cart. It will be more practical.
Can't get any decent utility cart at this price. I picked one up last year when it hit low clearance prices. For under $10, no regrets; you get more than your money's worth.
That being said, expect to spend a little time undoing then reassembling the sloppily installed spacer/handle bolted connections to get everything flush.

Unless you are doing really light duty things, do yourself a favor and get a two-wheeled wheelbarrow. It's night and day. I did landscaping for several years and I will never use a one wheel again.
True, but a good one is ten times this price, easily. Probably would be best to buy two of these and keep one for spare parts. If you ever had to replace the handles or the wheel on one, you'll know where I'm coming from.
